The temperatures may plummet, but the heat can really get turned on at the office Christmas party. An event to remember at Christmas is an excellent way of saying a big thank you your staff for all the hard work they have put in over the year and developing a high level of team spirit. Though this can be a challenging task; as Event caterers we arrange as much or as little as you like, from the initial concept through to the management of the event itself. From menu selection, catering, party themes and delivery, through to making sure that everything runs smoothly on the day. The following terms and conditions apply to our functions and Catering Services.
1. Tentative bookings – Tentative event dates will be held for no more than five (5) days.
2. Cancellations and postponements – last moment changes- please do inform us as soon as possible, as late notice fees may apply.
3. In the case of late cancellations notified two (2) business days or less, prior to your event please note full invoice charges -to cover our costs are incurred.
